The back of the cup reads esnshou kinen hai (war victory commemoration cup). The condition is mint on top, and excellent on the bottom. There is a glare from the lights on the cup, that's not damage. It measures 3.5 inches in diameter. Tihs was apart of my personal collection that i am now selling. The winning bidder will be amazed at the beauty.
