Due to continued carelessness of the usps, insurance is required no all breakable items shipped within the us. Insurance rates are determined by the winning bid price. Insurance is optional, but recommended, on all other items. Seller is not responsible for loss or damage on items where the buyer elects not to purchase insurance.
