Wwii Japanese Gunto Nco Sword Matching Scabbardblade This is an original japanese nco gunto sword from world war 2. It is in good shape and was purchased at the estate of a vet. The scabbard and blade have matching numbers which is veyr nice.
The scabbard shows signs of ware and some rust but no major dents. The blade is 27.5 inches long (70cm) with slight rusting and a few nicks, but overall in great shape. It has a fuller the entire length of the blade. The handle is marked with the three-ring stamp of tokyo arsenal and additional markings. The scabbard/blade is numbered '57050'. Overall a very nice period piece. This item is original and not a knockoff or fake from china. No reserve so please bid with confidence and let me know if you have questions.
